He wears the nickname his father gave him, “Wandering Jew,” with pride. Currently with his sixth team in his 17-year professional hockey career, Matthieu Schneider of the Detroit Red Wings is living proof that tenacity and self-discipline can lean to longevity.  Manhattan-born Schneider says, “I grew to love the game, and I think that’s the biggest key. You have to really love what you do in order to be good at it and have success at it."
